Your information will undergo verification checks once we receive your booking request for specific services. These checks are crucial for confirming your identity and ensuring that you are indeed who you claim to be.

Before initiating your application, please ensure:

  • You have all the necessary information for our verification.
  • You have a high likelihood of passing our checks.

Being well-prepared can save you time and potentially money during the booking process. Please be aware that payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, meaning you will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel shortly after.

To assist with your verification, kindly submit two documents: one from Group A and one from Group B.

For verification, we require:
  • Two identity documents from Group A, with at least one showing your current address and one displaying your date of birth.

OR

One identity document from Group A and two documents from Group B, where at least one shows your current address and one indicates your date of birth.

Group A (Identity Documents)

  • If you hold a U.K. passport, please provide your passport number on the application form; submission of the actual passport is not necessary.
  • Valid signed passports from any other nationality.
  • Driving license photocard issued by the DVLA in Great Britain (note: the Northern Ireland photocard alone is not sufficient).
  • Driving license photocard and its paper counterpart issued by the DVLA in Northern Ireland.
  • U.K. original birth certificate issued within the first 12 months of birth.
  • U.K. biometric residence permit card.

Group B (Address & Identity Documents)

  • Valid U.K. firearms license featuring your photo.
  • Current U.K. driving license in paper format (not the counterpart to a photocard).
  • P45 income statement issued in the past 12 months.
  • P60 annual income statement issued within the last 12 months.
  • Bank or building society statement showing your current address, dated within the last three months. You may submit multiple statements from different institutions.
  • Mortgage statement issued within the last 12 months.
  • Utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, water, satellite, cable) addressed to your current residence within the last three months. Note: Only one utility bill may support your SIA application.
  • Pension, endowment, or ISA statement issued in the last 12 months.
  • Letters from H.M. Revenue & Customs, Department of Work and Pensions, or local authority issued within the last three months. You may submit multiple letters from different government departments.
  • Credit card statement sent to your current address within the last three months. You may include multiple statements from different issuers.
  • Council Tax statement issued within the past 12 months.

Group B (Identity Documents Only)

  • The DVLA-issued driving license photocard (without a paper counterpart) from Northern Ireland.
  • Valid E.U. photo card.
  • Marriage or Civil Partnership certificate, translated if necessary.
  • U.K. birth certificate issued more than 12 months after birth, but not later than the specified timeframe.
