Prepare for Our Booking Verification Process

Given the sensitive nature of our security and investigation services, we conduct thorough vetting and due diligence to confirm the authenticity of each inquiry before providing services or quotes.

Upon receiving your booking for specific services, we will validate your information to ensure your identity and that you are who you claim to be.

Before you begin your application, please ensure the following:

  • You have all the necessary information ready for our verification checks.
  • You have a high likelihood of passing the verification.

Being well-prepared can save you significant time and money during the booking process. However, please note that once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. This means that if you decide to change your mind a day or two later, you will not receive a refund.

To verify your identity, please provide two documents: one from Group A and one from Group B.

Group A (Identity Documents)
  • If you hold a UK passport, please enter your passport number on the application form; submission of the actual passport is not necessary.
  • Valid signed passports from other nationalities.
  • Driving license photocard issued by the DVLA in Great Britain. Note that we cannot accept the photocard independently if issued by the DVLA in Northern Ireland.
  • A driving license photocard and its paper counterpart issued by the DVLA in Northern Ireland.
  • Original UK birth certificate issued within 12 months of birth.
  • UK biometric residence permit card.
Group B (Address & Identity)
  • Valid UK firearms license with a photo.
  • Current UK driving license (paper version, not the counterpart to a photocard).
  • P45 income statement for tax purposes issued within the last 12 months upon leaving a job.
  • P60 annual income statement for tax purposes issued within the last 12 months.
  • Bank or building society statement issued to your current address, dated within the last three months. Multiple statements can be submitted as long as each is from a different institution.
  • Mortgage statement issued within the last 12 months.
  • Utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, water, satellite, or cable) addressed to your current residence, dated within the last three months. Note: you may only submit one utility bill in support of your SIA application.
  • Pension, endowment, or ISA statement issued within the last 12 months.
  • Recent letter from HM Revenue & Customs, Department of Work and Pensions, Employment Service, or local authority dated within the last three months. You may submit multiple letters, provided each is from a different government department or local authority.
  • Credit card statement sent to your current address within the last three months. Multiple statements can be submitted, as long as each is from a different issuer.
  • Council Tax statement issued within the last 12 months.
Group B (Identity Only)
  • Driving license photocard issued by the DVLA in Northern Ireland (without a paper counterpart).
  • Valid EU photocard.
  • Marriage or Civil Partnership certificate, with a translation if it is not in English.

2.3.1 By establishing a strong and valid foundation for any investigative activity, you acknowledge that the Company is committed to carrying out any necessary work. Should it come to our attention at any time that information concerning the investigation has been falsified, concealed, or obstructed, all activities will be suspended immediately without notification, and a comprehensive response will follow.

2.3.2 The Company prioritizes customer protection and related matters as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. It is imperative that you present a legitimate reason and a valid device before engaging in any tracking activities.

2.3.3 By accepting these Privacy Policies, you agree to receive the results provided by the Company. If the Company is unable to provide the requested information, you acknowledge that any response will be conducted in the capacity of an investigative and research service, contingent upon written agreement. Expect to receive your background checks within 5-7 working days, while enhanced checks may take up to 7-10 working days. Please note, these timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

2.3.4 Please be aware that a background check is not equivalent to a CRB check (now known as a DBS check) and does not preclude the existence of a complete criminal record. Offenses can be cleared from records after a specified period under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. 3. Exceptions exist for certain visible convictions. Moreover, all online marriages have been recorded until 2005; we can only locate marriages from after 2005 that have a registered name change. The information in your background check is largely dependent on publicly accessible data. While the Company strives for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions caused by factors beyond our control, and therefore, we assume no responsibility for such discrepancies.

2.4 Monitoring:

2.4.1 All surveillance conducted by the Company will adhere to the laws of the United Kingdom or any relevant jurisdiction, with a focus on non-intrusive methods.

2.4.2 Should circumstances change during an investigation, it is essential that the investigation be halted immediately. If changes arise due to the client's interference without prior consultation, all work will cease promptly.

2.4.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you retain any documents or data provided by the Company. Any client-related data, or information gathered during an inquiry will be securely held for up to eight weeks post-service completion. Following this period, unless directed otherwise by you, all relevant data will be destroyed.

2.4.4 Considering the nature of monitoring and our dedication to integrity, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and will not be held accountable for circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.

2.5 Online Investigations:

2.5.1 Online investigations must be conducted within a rigorous framework. To ensure comprehensive and effective investigations, we must fully commit to the legal requirements at each stage. As such, we cannot promise specific results for our inquiries. Although we consistently endeavor to provide positive outcomes for our clients, the inherent challenges of online investigations may limit our capabilities.

3. Costs & Payment

3.1 All services must be prepaid, and the Company is not obligated to begin work until the payment is received. If an outstanding balance exists, it must be settled within 30 days of the initiation of services.

3.2 The fees agreed upon for our services will be invoiced separately, encompassing any additional expenses incurred during service provide. These additional costs may include—though are not limited to—travel expenses, transport fees, personal expenditures during service, fees associated with public or private functions, video editing, and any other necessary taxes or charges. All additional expenses previously agreed upon must be covered by the client in advance.
